Design Strategy
Hevertech is a fully integrated mechanical and electrical services company and our expert design team carefully looks into all your needs to create high spec, tailor-made packages to suit.
We also ensure that any demarcations with other trades are clarified and resolved at an early stage to avoid any disappointment further down the line.
Each of our qualified design staff utilise modern technologies eg AUTOCAD, HEVACOMP to give you an extensive product offering with a high emphasis on energy saving and management systems.
As part of our design strategy we carefully consider health and safety issues and take into account the future safe maintenance of equipment.
Building Management System (BMS)
We provide all our clients with a proactive and reactive Service & Maintenance service that we operate from our head office in Leeds. In addition to this Hevertech also offer a remote monitoring service for building management control systems
This enables Hevertech to:
- Monitor usage of plant & equipment
- Fault find
- Re-set plant
- Monitor building temperatures
- Data log results of internal conditions
- Analyse fuel consumption
This service is utilised by many of our clients and allows our team to gain an in-depth knowledge of the plant & equipment prior to attending site.
Health & Safety
At Hevertech we recognise the importance of achieving and maintaining excellent standards of Health & Safety management. As a result we are committed to employing and developing the necessary expert skills required to ensure our business operates in compliance with prevailing legislation and industry standards.
Our first-class business processes and procedures are easy to operate and maintain which ensures there is a minimum cost burden to our clients.

- Provide our employees with all PPE equipment as required by relevant legislation.
