Mumtaz Restaurant - Leeds

Hevetech provided the design and installation for building services for the new prestigious Mumtaz Restaurant located within the Clarence Street Dock development in Leeds.

Working alongside the Architect, Interior designer and client, Hevertech Building Services was responsible for design and installation of the Decorative Lighting, General lighting, External lighting, power, emergency lighting, fire alarm and air conditioning.

During the design stage energy efficiency was taken in to account by using LED lighting, Low energy compact fluorescents, Dimming facilities and Occupancy control systems.

Metering has been installed to monitor consumption of Lighting, Power, Mechanical Services, Catering Equipment, Water and Gas to meet L2 requirements.

The Fire Alarm is a fully addressable analogue monitored system.
